L. Scott Taylor, P.Eng. has been successfully managing projects, engineering, and innovation for over 35 years.

Big Sky Generation, Ltd. was founded to initiate and support renewable energy development in BC.

Scott oversees teams of engineers, project support, and construction management at substation, wind energy, and heavy industrial projects. He is a Director and Board member for two large wind and energy storage initiatives in BC.

With more than 35 years of engineering and project management experience, Scott has worked on several valuable projects including BC Hydro Circuit Breaker Replacement Program; five wind farms in four years; Telecommunication network for the State of New York; County broadband network for Jacksonville, FL; broadband network for the municipality of Sudbury, ON; and, broadband network for Puerto Rico Ministry of Education.

He is a master project manager, professional engineer, and skillful mentor. His impressive engineering and project management background allows him to complete successful projects and team objectives, while also building for the changing conditions of the future.
